An uplifing and rejuvenating homestay: Enjoy the entire upstairs of this gorgeous 2-story townhome filled with tropical plants, a touch of v a p o r w a v e, and plenty of natural light. This place is nestled away from it all, but still close to everything! Voodoo doughnuts Vancouver, the Vancouver Mall, and delicious cuisine (Thai, Sushi, Noodles, Bubble Tea, Bakeries, and Seafood) all within walking distance. Just a few minute’s drive from Vancouver Waterfront, Downtown Portland, and PeaceHealth SouthWest Hospital. The owner lives & works downstairs. ☮️ Ascend the stairs to float on Cloud 9 in our comfy private upstairs suite! It’s d r e a m y. ☁️🌴😎
Stays over 28 nights: Upon approval following a credit & background check, we’ll send you the lease to sign (month-to-month), and collect a fully refundable security deposit ($1200). That’s it!

- Brand new combo smoke & carbon monoxide alarms installed
- Fire extinguishers in-unit
- 24/7 Security cameras on exterior front door and garage exterior view
- Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am
- No smoking or vaping indoors (smoking and vaping is permitted 25+ feet from front entrance only).
- ADA information: Must climb 16 stairs to reach unit; doorway entrances less than 32″ wide
- Stays over 28 nights: Up to two guests allowed on lease; additional occasional overnight guests allowed with prior approval
- No pets
